Best Workout Music: SICKO’s M.I.N.D.Y

I’ve become a little bit of a workout junkie. Seeing as I’m 5 months pregnant right now please don’t think I’m some sort of animal out there lifting weights and bulking up with a surplus of protein bars and creatine. I’m mainly walking at an incline, using the elliptical machine, and using the step machine. With my limited range of exercises I need something to keep me focused and motivated as I keep my heart rate below the puny 140 beats per minute required for us preggo’s. The best music I’ve found thus far is SICKO’s M.I.N.D.Y. It is up beat and the vocal trance hits force me into constant motion. The strong down beats keep me in step and the melodic vocals help keep my breathing, and heart rate, under control.

I love a variety of music and I thrive when I have a lot of different things on my plate, but I have not gotten sick of this set yet! If I ever do I know exactly where I’ll be getting my next set of tunes from. With 7 sets to currently choose from, and each set being over an hour long (and Jammed is 2.2 hours long!), I know I will always have a huge variety of quality hits that are just a click away to keep me in the groove.
